Registered Pharmacist (RPh, PharmD) - works in collaboration with
physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to promote
safe and effective drug therapy. Pharmacists are involved in the
procurement, distribution, surveillance, and control of all drugs
used within the institution. They assess, plan, and monitor patients'
drug therapies to ensure education to medical staff, students and
patients. They play a vital role in performance improvement initiatives
that enhance patient outcomes.
