Dietetic Technician (RDT)
Dietetic Technician (RDT) - provides nutritional care services
under the supervision of a registered dietitian. They interview
patients, take diet histories, choose menus, develop diet care plans,
give routine dietary counseling, work in teams to help achieve and
maintain patients' dietary goals, ensure food safety and hygiene,
and maintain diet records.
