Dietitian (RD)

Dietitian (RD) - provides nutritional services for patients, including the assessment of their dietary needs, and the development of an individualized program based on their preferences and health status. Some dietitians specialize in the treatment of specific populations of patients, such as those with diabetes, heart disease or kidney failure.

Requirements for Certification, Registration or Licensure:		Registration Exam
*Earning Potential:**		$32,000 to $50,000
Where They Work:		Hospitals, HMOs or other health care facilities, sports nutrition and corporate wellness programs, community and public health settings, universities and medical centers (teaching and research), pharmaceutical companies, private practice (working with individuals).
