Pharmacy Technician (CPhT)
Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) - assists licensed pharmacists in filling
prescription medication orders. Pharmacy technicians support pharmacists
by maintaining inventory, distributing prescriptions to appropriate
locations within the hospital, and packaging medications. In addition,
pharmacy technicians may be part of an established process that
involves the assurance of prescription accuracy and the maintenance
of patient records.
